Every story begins somewhere. Mine began with a poem.
Before there was a rock band called Devil’s Halo, before Jaxx Sterling and Rayne Bennett had a story to tell, there were simply words on a page.
I wrote a poem.
That poem eventually became a song called “Devil’s Halo.” And somewhere along the way, as I listened to the music and imagined the emotions behind it, something unexpected happened.
A story began to take shape.
I could hear the music. I could picture the stage. And slowly, the characters who would become Devil’s Halo started finding their voices.
Jaxx Sterling (Lead Vocals). Nathaniel “Syn” Sinclair (Lead Guitar). Styx Vane (Drums). Luca “Phoenix” Moretti (Bass).
What began as a poem grew into a song, and that song inspired me to write my contemporary rock romance novel, Devil’s Halo.
Now, after all the writing, rewriting, editing, and dreaming, Devil’s Halo is finally here.
And today, I want to share a little piece of where it all began.

This original song holds a special place in my heart because it helped inspire the world I’ve spent so much time creating.
The music and visuals were created with the assistance of AI tools, bringing my original creative vision and fictional band to life in a new way.
For those of you who have already met Jaxx and Rayne, I hope this song adds another layer to their story.
And for those discovering Devil’s Halo for the first time, welcome. There’s plenty more music, romance, laughter, and a little rock-and-roll chaos waiting for you.
What started with a poem became something I never expected.
A song. A story. A whole new world.
And this is only the beginning.
With love,
Stacy Lynn Wiggins
